- No, you can buy a ticket online or at the door during our open hours

- We give service to ALL languages. Our team speaks English, Spanish, and Catalan.
    (Fear is universal, so no translation needed)

- Typically 20–30 minutes, depending on your fear tolerance and speed.

- Is there an age limit? 

- Yes, the age limit is 14 years of age and up, as we believe that fear is an individual thing

- We are an indoor Museum and open for all weather conditions, 365 days a year

- What if I get too scared or need to leave while I’m in the museum?

- By shouting "Nightmare" you will leave immediately, and straight onto our chickened-out       list

 

- Is the museum wheelchair accessible?

- Yes, all our visitors fear the same

- What items are NOT allowed in?

- All kinds of light, any type of weapon, fire, laser pointers, etc.
